Holy 75 Soft

My mental health has had me in some dark places lately. It's so discouraging when you feel like your faith should lift you out of the pit, yet it doesn't. When that is the case - you have to continue to trust in God, because He knows what He is doing.

My Scripture I'm hanging on to the throughout this challenge is Micah 7:8:

"Though I fall, I will rise. Though I sit in the darkness of distress,

the LORD is a light for me"

My 75 days are to build up discipline. The tasks are easy and there is a lot of Grace available.

Here are the rules:

DAILY

  1. 15+ minutes of movement daily

  2. Read 10 pages daily

  3. AM/PM prayers

  4. Whole food 80% of the time

  5. Get outside every day

WEEKLY

  1. Write outside of the home (coffee shop, Panera, etc)

  2. Give in some tangible way

That's it. Today through July 21st. The most difficult will be the whole foods. I haven't been doing well in the food department lately! The prayer, reading, getting outside, and writing outside the home I haven't been consistent with - so it's nothing new, but I want to do these things regularly.

Have you done 75 Hard, 75 Soft, or 75 Holy? What were your take-aways?

Be blessed,

Sherry
